We aim to keep our process simple, and are happy to stay in close communication, so that you always know what’s happening and when. We hope we can reassure and support you during this difficult time.
We can collect pets from veterinary practices or a home address within a 25 mile radius of our premises. We transport sympathetically and respectfully and ensure records are generated at collection and arrival at our premises, to provide reassurance.
We want bereaved families to have the cremation they want for their pets, therefore if you would like any specific personal elements incorporated, such as soft toys, then please let us know.
Once we can estimate the date and time of your pets cremation, we will communicate that to you. If you wish, we can help you to decide on a memorial product that best honours your beloved pet’s spirit and energy. This is then used to carefully return your pet’s ashes back to you and their final resting place. We also accommodate the wishes of individuals not wishing to receive back their pet’s ashes. We believe in returning ashes to nature, which we are fully licensed to do.
